Note:
- Individuals who belong to SC, ST or PH category need only 45% in the qualifying degree.
- The Master’s degree in the relevant subject must have been pursued from an institution recognized by the UGC; the DElEd, BEd or MEd must be obtained from an institution recognized by the NCTE.
- It is mandatory that the candidate must have a permanent resident certificate of Tripura.
Application Fee
To apply for the recruitment of Lecturer in the DIET under the Elementary Education Department, Tripura, a Unreserved candidate is required to pay the application fee of 350 rupees; aspirants who belong to Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Caste, Physical Handicapped and Below Poverty Line Card holders need to only 250 rupees.
Selection Process
Candidates are going to be selected for the recruitment of Lectures in DIETs of Tripura based on their performance in the Written Exam and Interview.
- Written Exam: It will be of 100 marks, which will take place across the state likely in offline mode, the date for the same will be announced soon by the Tripura Public Service Commission.
- Interview: Individuals who will clear the Written Exam for this stage, it will be held in face-to-face mode whose weightage will be 15 marks.
The selection list for appointment will be prepared with the weightage of 85:15 in the Written Exam and Interview.
Salary
Individuals who will be appointed as Lecturer in the District Institute of Education & Training of Tripura will get the monthly salary range from 47,600 to 1,51,100 rupees with grade pay of 4,800 rupees and additional benefits such as Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, Travel Allowance and more.
