The SSC CPO Exam 2025 is a recruitment test, which is held by the Staff Selection Commission for the appointment of of SI in DP and CAPFs: BSF, CRPF, ITBP, CISR and SSB ; for the year 2025, the notification will be made public on May 16, 2025, and the link to apply will be available by June 14, 2025 in the respective webportal.
The exam consists of multiple stages: Paper 1, Physical Standard Test & Physical Efficiency Test, and Paper 2. Candidates should know that the first stage of the selection process is expected to be held between July & August 2025. The application is going to be available on the official website of the Staff Selection Commission at https://ssc.nic.in/.

Eligibility Criteria
To submit the application form for the SSC CPO Exam 2025, the candidate is obligated to meet the eligibility requirements.
- Educational Qualification: A candidate must have pursued the BA, BSC, BCom, BTech or BE from a university or instructions recognised by the University Grant Commission.
- Age Limit: The age of candidate shouldn’t be below 20 years and above 25 years, the age relaxation is applicable for 3 years for OBC-NCL, and 5 years for SC and ST category belonging candidates.
There is an additional upper age relaxation for 10 years for the individual who belongs to the Physically Handicapped category.
Application Fee
The application fee for the SSC CPO Exam 2025 is 100 rupees for male individuals belonging to the General, Economically Weaker Section and Other Backward Class; women aspirant and male individuals belonging to Schedule Caste, Scheduled Tribes and Physically Handicapped category are exempted from it.
