The Government of Madhya Pradesh has released the advertisement on May 09, 2025 for obtaining industry oriented one-year On-the-Job-Training (OJT) in the Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited under the Mukhya Mantri Sikho Kamao Yojana.
Candidates who want to obtain one-year OJT as Electrician, Lineman, Information and Communication Technology System Maintenance, Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA), Steno (Hindi), Steno (English), Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Human Resources and Accounts may apply by June 05, 2025.
A total number of 559 vacancies are advertised by the MPPGCL for CE (HR&A) Office Jabalpur Regional Office Jabalpur, Sarni, Birsinghpur, Chachai, Khandwa, Jabalpur, Mandsaur, Nagpur, Sirmaur, Umaria, Ashoknagar, Shahdol, Rewa, Satna, and Shivpuri for different positions, whose details are available below inside the table.

The link to apply is available from April 24, 2025, there is no chance that there will be any extension in the deadline, so apply before the due date to avoid any error.
Who Can Apply?
To apply for it one is required to meet the certain eligibility criterias, which are mentioned below.
- The age of candidate shouldn’t be below 18 years and above 29 years as of January 01, 2025. The upper age relaxation is 5 years for OBC-NCL, SC and ST with additional 10 years age relaxation for PwBD.
- The candidate must have passed the Intermediate exam or completed ITI (Engineering or Non-Engineering), Diploma (Engineering), or Graduation (Engineering or Non-Engineering) from an institution recognized by the GOI.
Both male and female candidates are eligible to get the one-year OJT under the MMSKY, but the individual must be permanent resident of India and have domicile of MP.
Monthly Stipend
During the one-year On-the-Job-Training in MPPGCL, the individual will receive the monthly stipend of 8,500 rupees, 9,500 ruppes, and 10,000 ruppes through the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) for the ITI Trade Certificate holder, Diploma pursuends, and Degree obtainers, respectively.
Note: Other than stipend, no other benefits will be provided. You should also know that the amount of stipend to be paid to the trainees will come from state government and the organization with 75:25 ratio, the details about which can be found below.

How to Apply?
The step-by-step for applying for Trainees under the MPPGCL is available below.
- Go to the MMSKY that is accessible by visiting at https://mmsky.mp.gov.in/.
- In the header menu-bar, you will see an option that reads ‘अभ्यर्थी पंजीयन,’ tap on it and get redirected to next page.
- Register using Email Address, Mobile Number and other details; and then login with User ID and Password.
- Enter the person, educational qualification and other required details, attach documents with photographs and signature in required size.
- Choose the position and organization by making sure every single detail filled by you is accurate.
- Lastly, you have to review the application form and submit it to download the confirmation page.
Selection List
The selection list of Trainee for the advertised position under the MPPGCL through Mukhaya Mantri Seekho Kamao Yojana will be prepared based on the eligibility criterias for each position and department. Only those are going to shortlisted for one-year OJT under the organization whose score in the qualifying exam i.e. ITI, Diploma or Degree will be better among all the applicants.
For the now, there is no official confirmation that when the selection list of Trainees under the MPPGCL will be made public, but there is a expections that it may be released by June 2025 end. Following its release, each one who will be shortlisted will have to go through the document verification.
