Who can apply?
The requirements to apply for the above-mentioned position are listed below, go through it to check that you can apply or not.
- Scientific Officer (Chemistry): One must have pursued a Master’s of Science (MSc) in Chemistry or Forensic from a university recognised by the UGC.
- Assistant Engineer (Group B): Bachelor’s of Engineering or Technology in Civil, Agriculture or Water Resources from an institution recognized by the AICTE.
- Lower Division Assistant: BA, BSc or BCom in any subject from a university recognised by the UGC; or BE/BTech in any stream from an institution recognized by the AICTE.
- Draftsman (Grade II, Group C): ITI Trade Certificate in Civil Draftsmanship from an institution recognized by the NCVT or SCVT.
The age of aspirants shouldn’t be below 18 years and above 32 years as of January 01, 2025. The upper age limit for SC and ST category belonging candidates is 37 years.
Fees to apply:
To apply for the Scientific Officer (Chemistry) or Assistant Engineer (Group B), Lower Division Assistant and Draftsman (Grade II, Group C), a candidate is required to deposit the non-refundable application fee of 460 rupees, 350 rupees and 320 rupees, respectively, using the e-challan and online mode.
Note: Candidates who belong to Scheduled Tribes or Scheduled Caste are required to deposit half of the actual fee; and individuals who belong to PwBD are fully exempted from the payment of the application fee.
