IDBI JAM Recruitment 2025 for 676 Vacancies, Apply Online, Notification PDF 

The Industrial Development Bank of India is recruiting Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’ for a total number of 676 vacancies, for the year 2025, the notification has been released on May 07, and now the window to apply is going to be available on the official website at https://idbibank.in/ from May 8 to 20, 2025.

There are a total number of 271 vacancies for Unreserved, 140 for Scheduled Caste, 74 for Scheduled Tribes, 124 for Other Backward Class, 67 for Economically Weaker Section, and 31 for Person With Benchmark Disability, aspirants may check the breakdown of PwBD vacancies from the below:

The selection process consists of an Online Test (OT), Document Verification (DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). Eligibility Criterias

To apply for the IDBI JAM Grade ‘O’ Recruitment 2025, it is mandatory that one meets the certain eligibility criterias:

  1. The candidate must have pursued a Bachelor’s degree in any subject or discipline with at least 60% score as aggregate (55% score as aggregate for SC, ST and PwBD) from an institution or university recognized by the AICTE or UGC. Additionally, he or she must be proficient in Computer Operation.

  2. The age of candidate shouldn’t be below 20 years and above 25 years as of May 01, 2025. The age relaxation is applicable for 3 years and 5 years for OBC-NCL and SC/ST, respectively.

Before applying for the recruitment of JAM Grade ‘O’ under the IDBI, it is highly recommended to aspirants to go through the notification brochure to check the eligibility criterias thoroughly.

Application Fee

In order to submit an application form for the IDBI JAM Grade ‘O’ Recruitment 2025, a candidate who belongs to UR, OBC, or EWS is required to pay 1,050 rupees, which includes application fee and intimation charge. Individuals belonging to SC, ST or PwBD are required to deposit 250 rupees, which is only the intimation charge.

The deadline to pay the application fee and/or intimation charge is May 20, 2025, one will be able to deposit the required amount using the debit card, NET banking or UPI. Make sure to pay it by the due date, because without it no application form will be accepted by the Industrial Development Bank of India.

Exam Pattern

The online test (OT) for the recruitment of JAM Grade ‘O’ under the IDBI will be administered using the Computer-Based Test, it will be organised with an exam time duration of 02 hours. A total number of 200 MCQs will be asked from the following sections:

Each question in the IDBI JAM Grade ‘O’ Online Test will be of 1 mark with a provision of negative marking of 0.25 mark, no mark is going to be allocated or deducted for unattempted questions. The languages of paper in the OT will be English and Hindi, those who belong to PwBD will get an extra timing of 40 minutes.

PI Details

Candidates who will pass the Online Test (OT) will be called for the Person Interview (PI), which is going to be held in face-to-face mode. The weightage of this stage of selection process is 100 marks, candidates belonging to UR and EWS need to secure at least 50% score i.e. 50 marks, and those who belong to SC, ST, OBC or PwBD need only 45% score i.e. 45 marks to pass it.
