Eligibility Criteria
To apply for the CPRI Recruitment 2025 for any of the posts mentioned on the advertisement, one is required to meet the certain eligibility criteria listed below.
- Scientific Assistant: The candidate must have pursued a Bachelor’s of Science (Chemistry) from a university recognised by the UGC. Additionally, he or she must have 5 years of experience, and his or her age shouldn’t be above 35 years.
- Engineering Assistant: The individual must have completed a Diploma in Civil or Electrical Engineering from an institution recognized by the AICTE. Additionally, he or she must have 5 years experience in a relevant field, and the age of the candidate shouldn’t exceed 35 years.
- Technician Gr.1: The aspirant must have passed the Matriculation exam from a school recognised by the Central or State Board. Additionally, the individual must have obtained ITI Trade Certificate in Electrical by completing the training from an institution recognized by the SCVT or NCVT, and the upper age limit is 28 years.
- Junior Hindi Translator: Bachelor’s degree in Hindi with English as elective (subsidiary) paper from an institution recognized by the UGC, the age of candidate must be between 21 years and 30 years.
- Assistant Gr. II: One must have pursued BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BBM or BCA and UGC-recognized institutions. Additionally, he or she must have a minimum Grade-B in BCC) conducted by NIELET, and the age limit is 18 to 30 years with applicable relaxation.
- Assistant Librarian: Bachelor degree in any subject or discipline from an institution recognized by the UGC or AICTE, and Diploma in Library Science from an AICTE-recognized institution; the individual’s age shouldn’t be below 21 and above 30 years.

Pay Scale
Individuals who will be appointed as Junior Hindi Translator, Engineering Assistant or Scientific Assistant; Assistant Librarian or Assistant Gr. II; and Technician Gr. 1 will get the monthly salary range from 35,400 to 1,12,400 rupees; 25,500 to 81,100 rupees; and 19,900 to 63,200 rupees; monthly; with additional benefits such as allowances.
